These photographs were taken during a walk at Rockland Lake State Park after a snowfall. As we stepped out of the car, we noticed little footprints in the snow and wondered if they belonged to a deer. On the drive into the park, we did see a deer between the trees.
The snowy landscape was so beautiful, however, it was very cold. I didn't have gloves, so every time after I took a photo, I had to quickly put my hands back into my pockets to warm up. We’re already looking forward to the warmer seasons and spending more time outdoors.
